The installers performed excellent detailed work

When they removed the old shingles, they found three areas that the plywood had suffered some damage because of water from upper-level downspouts. They not only replaced the plywood but also installed water & ice shield in these areas even though not required by code or shingle manufacturer. When working on a projection over the kitchen, they noticed the roof was a little weak. They removed the plywood and found that the builder had failed to put in one of the joists. They put in a joist. In all cases, they did not charge more than originally agreed.

Sales presentation is one of the reason I went with Stans. Never have I seen a presentation like that -- awesome. Presentation and personnel are awesome.
